OK SO HERES WHAT HAPPENED
I went in a store and I found the most beautiful sweater EVER but it was expensive and it was size S (small) so I tried to forget it but I couldn’t so I told myself if I lose 9-10 kg I’ll buy it AND HERE I AM WITH MY NEW BOUJEE SWEATER AND IT FITS ME

me: *casually drinks so much water that i feel like im going to throw up on an empty stomach*
also me: *is annoyed when i have to pee every seven seconds*
@staff so I can still view #tweakernation and watch a bunch of meth heads use illegal drugs, and I can still see images of people who have cut themselves and are glorifying self harm/and self destruction, but heaven forbid someone post a nipple or an ass. Things that every human being has.

Whenever I’m fasting and I reach the 29 hour mark that’s when my cravings start to kick in soo here’s a 0 cal coffe “ice cream” to help with your cravings / sweet tooth 👉🏻👈🏻
- Ice cubes ! * you can put a good amount of ice cubes to have a similar texture to ice cream or add a few to make it into a smoothie *
- Water ( I use a whole water bottle )
- Coffe ( I use around 2-3 tablespoons )
- Vanilla extract ( I use 1 tablespoon )
- the smallest amount of salt ( around a pinch)
- As much 0 calories sugar as you please ( I use stevia or Splenda )
AND DONE 💌 this is a literally life saver for me so hopefully this can help some of you guys too 👉🏻👈🏻 I personally don’t think this would break the fast !
